Salad
Bag of fresh organic baby spinach
1/2 orange , cubed into small pieces
2 tbsp finely chopped coconut
2 tbsp shelled sunflower seeds
1-3 hand fulls of fresh alfalfa sprouts
Dressing
(to taste)
olive oil
rice vinegar
squeeze of lemon
honey ( I used a wild blueberry honey which is to die for!)
Mix well
Drizzle over your salad, and your taste buds are in for an ultra yummy healthy treat!
